The süga ai app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data shown in the app. Sugar content estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
süga ai is not a medical device. If you have any medical condition that limits or prohibits sugar intake (e.g. diabetes), you must consult with your doctor before using this app. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the app is at your own risk.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury or health issues. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
You affirm you are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country and are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted parties list.
You may submit up to 50 sugar analysis requests per day and 500 requests per month. Usage beyond these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.
