1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the OyraCam iOS application ("App", "OyraCam", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the App and this website.

OyraCam is a photo app that transforms images you provide using AI-powered filters. To do this, the App sends your photos to our servers, which in turn pass them to trusted third-party artificial intelligence ("AI") providers that generate the transformed result. This policy explains what that involves.

2. Information we process

2.1. Photos and images

The core function of the App requires processing the photos you choose to filter. When you apply a filter, the selected image is uploaded over a secure connection to our servers and forwarded to a third-party AI provider for processing. The transformed image is then returned to your device.

We access your camera and photo library only to let you select or capture the images you want to edit. We do not scan or upload your photo library in the background — only the specific photos you choose to filter are processed.

2.2. Technical and usage information

To operate the service reliably, prevent abuse, and enforce our fair-use limits, we may process limited technical information such as a device or installation identifier, the number and timing of filter requests, error logs, and general diagnostic data. We use this information to keep the service running, protect it against misuse, and improve the App.

2.3. When you contact us

If you choose to contact us by email at ekzpri1@gmail.com, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to you and provide support.

3. Third-party AI providers

To deliver AI filters, we rely on third-party AI services that perform the actual image transformation. When you apply a filter, your image is transmitted to one of these providers through their application programming interface (API) so it can be processed and returned to you.

These providers process your image on our behalf in order to provide the result. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We select providers that we consider reputable and, where offered, use their business or API tiers that limit further use of submitted content.

4. How we use information

We use the information we process only to:

• transform the photos you submit and return the result to you;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App and our servers;
• detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or excessive use, and enforce our fair-use limits; and
• respond to your questions, feedback, or support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to serve you advertising or share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data storage and retention

We aim to keep your images only for as long as needed to process them and deliver your result. Images may be held temporarily on our servers during processing and, together with the transformed results, for caching, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. In any case, we retain uploaded photos and generated results on our servers for no longer than 30 days, after which they are deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course of operation. Processing by our third-party AI providers is governed by their own retention policies, which we do not control.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your messages for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of previous correspondence by emailing ekzpri1@gmail.com, subject to any legal requirements to retain certain records.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos you submit. You should only upload images that you own or have the right to use, and you must not submit content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates our Terms of Use.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please email ekzpri1@gmail.com so we can review and, if appropriate, delete that information.

8. Third-party services and distribution

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App Store and related Apple services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the OyraCam App and this landing site. It does not apply to any third-party websites, apps, or services (including our AI providers' own sites) that may be linked from within the App or from this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. The updated policy will be effective when it is posted on this page.
